Calls & meetings

Your own sales reps — never your customers. FLO phones the rep before each client meeting with a briefing, and again afterwards for a debrief. Clients never hear from her.

No. She only places the calls around it — a briefing call before the meeting starts and a debrief call shortly after it ends. The meeting stays yours.

They arrive from your reps' Google or Microsoft calendars, synced every 5 minutes. A meeting with someone outside your company's email domains counts as a client meeting.

FLO retries automatically, on a schedule you control. The rep can also recover the debrief anytime with one tap on “Have FLO call me” — or phone her directly, 24/7.

Romanian — on the phone and in the emails she sends, greeting each rep by name. The web app's interface is in English.

Automatically: a written summary is stored on the meeting, filed to the CRM deal as a note, and the client's lessons learned are updated to sharpen the next briefing.

A lot: manager notes woven into each briefing, the sales methodology, editable and lockable call scripts, a per-meeting switch to turn FLO's calls off, and call timing in Settings.

Setup & security

Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, with read-only access. FLO reads each rep's upcoming meetings about two weeks ahead — she never writes anything to anyone's calendar.

Pipedrive or HubSpot, chosen per workspace. Deals, contacts, and history sync in daily; debrief notes are currently written back to Pipedrive.

With their company Google or Microsoft account — no passwords at all. Only email domains on your workspace's allowlist get in; accounts are created on first sign-in.

Yes. Managers can upload PDF, Word, text, and CSV files to each client record, and FLO reads them when preparing that client's calls.

Yes — each company's workspace is fully isolated. Sensitive data such as credentials and transcripts is encrypted at rest, and immutable audit logs record activity.

No — by design. She emails only your rep, from your workspace's own mailbox, using fixed templates: a follow-up draft, a summary, or a client's documents.

We set it up for you. Request access via Get started and your workspace is provisioned end-to-end — your team just signs in and starts answering the phone.
