Flo calls your reps, not your customers
FLO is an AI sales assistant for B2B sales teams. Flo phones your own sales reps before every client meeting to prepare them, and again after it to capture what happened. Everything around those two calls runs on its own.
One meeting, start to finish
Meetings arrive
Every 5 minutes FLO reads each rep's Google or Microsoft calendar, read-only. A meeting with someone from outside your company is a client meeting. Cancelled and moved meetings stay in step.
The client is recognised
FLO knows the client from the attendees' email domain and matches it to your CRM and its open deal. Anything it can't match is flagged for a manager to link.
An objective is set
The rep or the manager can write what the meeting should achieve. It locks when the meeting starts, so it can't be rewritten after the fact.
The Kick-off call
About an hour before, Flo calls the rep with a brief written for this meeting: the client, the people, the deal, past meetings, lessons and the manager's notes. No answer? She tries again.
The Debrief call
Flo isn't in the meeting. About 15 minutes after it ends, she calls back and captures what happened, in the rep's own words.
Filed automatically
FLO writes the summary, grades the meeting against its objective, and lists the risks, objections and promises made. The summary goes to the CRM deal as a note, and the client's lessons are updated.
Missed a call? After the meeting starts, the rep can tap "Have Flo call me", type a short debrief instead, or simply phone Flo.
Warm, brief, and set up your way
Flo asks one question at a time and never tests the rep. She isn't the manager's spy, and she never grades anyone out loud. She speaks and writes in your workspace's language, English or Romanian.
Scribe
A light check-in and note-taking. A one- to two-minute courtesy call before ("still on, need anything?") and a short call after, led by the rep.
Full concierge
Coaching briefings and debriefs. The two or three facts that matter before the meeting, and a structured three-to-five-minute debrief after.
How often she calls
Before and after, before only, after only, or never. Reps can always phone Flo themselves.
She knows who she's talking to
A short profile of each rep and of your company tells Flo who she's helping and what you sell.
Call style and frequency are set for the whole workspace, with an optional override per rep.
No prep homework. No CRM data entry.
Reps talk to Flo for a few minutes, or type a few lines, and the paperwork does itself. When they do open the app, it works on a phone as well as a desktop.
Today
Today's meetings and promises in one place. Set each meeting's objective, and tap "Brief me" for a written brief if you'd rather read than listen.
"Have Flo call me"
Once a meeting has started, one tap brings Flo's debrief call within moments, in case the scheduled one didn't reach you.
My Week
Your objectives over the last 30 days, your open promises, the meetings waiting for a debrief, and what's coming up.
Calls and clients
Every Flo call about your meetings, with summary, conversation and recording. The client directory, with each client's contacts.
Reps see only their own meetings, calls and promises. That limit is enforced in the database, not just hidden on screen.
The whole team's meetings, live, and every call steerable
Managers see every meeting's progress as it happens, decide what Flo says on each call, and track every follow-up to closure. Nothing about how the AI behaves is a black box.
Dashboard: "Needs you"
Everything that needs your hand, most urgent first, each with its fix: overdue promises, clients at risk, failed calls, a rep with no phone number.
Meetings
The team's meetings by day, week or month, each with a Kick-off → Meeting → Debrief progress track. Filter by rep, client or status.
The meeting page
The objective and how it went, both calls with transcripts, risks and objections, and the next steps Flo pulled out, which you can edit, assign and tick off.
Steer each call
Add notes for Flo, pick a methodology, read and edit her script, lock text you've tuned, switch calls off for a meeting, or call the rep right now.
This Week
A follow-up ledger: promises due, what carried over, meetings missed or cancelled, and clients at risk.
Calls and audit trail
Every call across the team with summary, transcript and recording, plus a full record of every AI request and every action.
Stage, contacts and risk, for every account
Each client page holds everything FLO knows about the account: its stage, contacts, meetings, promises, lessons learned, CRM deals and documents. Flo reads it before every call.
Client stage
Six stages, changed only by a manager, with a full history of who changed what and when. Your CRM can set the first stage; after that, FLO's stage is yours.
Contacts
The people at each client, with role and a "Decision maker" mark. They come from your CRM or your team, and edits made in FLO are kept when the CRM syncs again.
At risk
A client is flagged when promises are overdue, the last debrief was negative, the last objective was missed, or there's been no meeting for three weeks. The reasons are shown.
Lessons and documents
Lessons learned build up after each debrief. Upload PDF, Word or text files, and Flo reads them when preparing that client's calls.
See whether meetings actually move deals
Objective attainment
How often meeting objectives were attained, partly attained or missed over the last 7, 30 or 90 days, by client and by person. Only objectives set before a meeting began count, so the numbers can't be flattered afterwards.
Deal movement
What happened to each client's deals in the 14 days after a meeting: won, moved forward, moved back or lost, and how their value changed. FLO takes a daily snapshot of every CRM-linked deal to see it.
By default, managers see team totals rather than per-person scores. Reps always see their own.
Ask about your team in plain language
A chat panel on every manager page. FLO answers from your own workspace's data: clients and their stages, meetings, commitments, calls, objective attainment and deal movement.
It can also draft an internal email, such as a follow-up or a summary, to you or a rep. The draft waits for your approval before it's sent. It never emails a client, and it changes nothing else.
Which clients are at risk right now?
What's on the team's calendar this week?
What commitments are due in the next 7 days?
Reps can phone Flo whenever they like
Every workspace has its own Flo number. Flo greets the caller and asks for a 4-digit voice PIN before she shares anything; caller ID alone is never enough.
- Catch up on any meeting's Kick-off or Debrief by voice. One call can cover several meetings.
- Ask about a client, past visits, upcoming meetings or open next steps.
- Get a follow-up, a summary or the client's documents emailed to yourself.
- Report a change to a finished meeting. It goes to the manager as an "Outcome changed" card to review, so nothing is silently re-graded.
Works with the tools you already use
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
Company sign-in and read-only calendar sync. FLO never writes to anyone's calendar.
Pipedrive or HubSpot
Companies, deals, people, notes and activity come in when you sync. After each debrief call, the summary is written back to the deal as a note.
HubSpot meetings, as an option
A HubSpot workspace can choose to take its meetings from HubSpot instead of from calendars.
ElevenLabs
The voice on the phone, for Flo's calls and the inbound line. Each workspace uses its own account and number.
Anthropic Claude
Writes the meeting briefs, reads the debriefs, keeps the lessons learned up to date and powers Ask FLO.
Your own mailbox
FLO sends its emails from your workspace's mailbox, using templates you can edit.
Your data stays yours
Each company gets its own workspace, set up by us. There is no self-registration: nobody can create an account on their own.
The app's screens are in English. Flo's calls, briefs and emails follow your workspace's language, English or Romanian.
- Two ways to sign in. One click with a company Google or Microsoft account, or an email and password set through a single-use link a manager sends.
- Allowed domains only. Only email addresses from your company's approved domains can get in.
- Separated data. Each company's data is kept apart from every other company's.
- A PIN on the phone line. Flo shares nothing until the caller's voice PIN checks out.
- Encryption at rest for sign-in tokens, CRM, email and voice credentials, and AI requests.
- A full audit trail of every action and every AI request.
- Outside text is treated as data. Emails, documents, CRM fields and calendar invites can't give Flo instructions.
- Contacts stay private. Contacts' emails and phone numbers are never handed to the AI.
